Celebrities by Mauro Colagreco serves relaxed French elegance with a glimpse of glamour. As part of his renewed partnership with the resort, three-Michelin star Chef Mauro reimagines the French classics with a lighter, modern touch. Reflective of Chef Mauro’s continuous innovation and creative approach to cuisine, Celebrities promises convivial French dining at its very best. Celebrities has been recognised in the inaugural Dubai Michelin Guide and given a rating of two toques in the Gault&Millau UAE 2023 awards.

Inspired by the relaxed alfresco lifestyle of Argentina, the popular Beach Bar & Grill by Mauro Colagreco refreshed, smart-casual setting on the Dubai Marina coastline is perfect for beachside lunches and starlit nights. The newly devised lunch and dinner menus showcase traditional South American flavours with the finest seafood, prime meats and in-season ingredients. With unique flavour combinations, vibrant flourishes and authentic sauces, each dish is innovative in taste and presentation.

The renowned Moroccan restaurant, Tagine, immerses guests in traditional hospitality from the moment they enter through curved, low wooden doors accompanied by trickling water and rose petals. The atmosphere features arches and alcoves, reminiscent of a luxurious Marrakesh home. With a selection of pastilla, tagines, couscous, kebabs, and desserts such as Bortokal and Roz Bil Halib, the dinner experience is an endless journey of exciting Moroccan flavours.

Known as Dubai’s most elegant beachside lounge, The Jetty Lounge offers stunning sunset views, relaxed music and tasty food and drinks. Lounge on comfy chairs or in cabanas on the sand, and enjoy fire pits and dazzling sunsets. The private jetty can whisk guests away by luxury boat transfer to nearby One&Only The Palm.

Traditional recipes from the Middle East and northern Europe are served in The Rotisserie’s grand dining room, or for those who prefer al fresco dining, an intimate courtyard terrace and open veranda overlooking the resort’s lush gardens is a perfect spot for a family lunch or dinner with friends. 

Eauzone blends South East Asian, European, and South American flavours combining classic techniques and vibrant Asian flavours. Dine under billowing canopies, surrounded by shimmering water features, a turquoise pool, and the Arabian Sea during the day. At night, enjoy a sophisticated Arabesque setting with glittering lanterns and mirrored dining room. Perfect for intimate dates or dinners with friends.

Sitting atop Arabian Court, The Rooftop Lounge & Terrace is a romantic outdoor evening experience. Underneath the starry night sky, the circular open-air bar has relaxed seating with abundant embroidered cushions beneath wooden majlis, for guests to enjoy candlelit cocktails and Arabic mezze. 

At the end of Arabian Court’s Grand Gallery, The Samovar Lounge is an ideal venue for business meetings or High Tea with friends. Guests can enjoy the finest selection of specialty coffee or admire panoramic views of the resort from the elegant balcony with an Arabic-inspired Afternoon Tea. 

Exclusive to guests of Residence & Spa, The Dining Room serves exceptionally prepared cuisine in a light-filled elegant atrium. Evoking a luxurious, residential ambience, the abundance of light provides a charming dining experience. 

Conceived as a place for guests to take daily afternoon tea, peruse the morning papers or recline before dinner, The Library Lounge exudes comfortable elegance, with plush sofas and high-backed upholstered chairs for maximum style.

DRIFT Restaurant and Bar, located at the chic DRIFT Beach Dubai, showcases an innovative take on Provençal cuisine, under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Sylvain Noël. Fresh, simple ingredients are artfully prepared and accompanied by a creative cocktail menu, to provide the ideal accompaniment to a day at the beach.
