Lasarte Restaurant

Lasarte Restaurant was opened in January 2006 and represents Martín Berasategui’s embassy in Barcelona. Our famous chef is one of the top chefs in the world and holds ten Michelin Stars in total, more than any other Spanish chef.

One year after it was opened, in 2007, Lasarte Barcelona was awarded the first star in prestigious Michelin Guide and in 2010 our restaurant obtained the second star. Michelin Guide 2017 awarded Lasarte Barcelona with a third Michelin star, making the restaurant and absolute must-go for food lovers from all over the world.

Glasss

Glasss is the new glazed and bright space located on the terrace of the 6th floor of the hotel to welcome the day with a succulent breakfast buffet.

A  wide selection of fresh products are available at the buffet to choose from  breads, pastries and cakes all home made by our pastry chef, sausages and cold cuts, organic cheeses and yogurts to a section of fresh vegetables, fruits and juices. 

The buffet also features a space dedicated to international, a gluten-free food corner and a vegetarian section.

Oria Restaurant

Oria Restaurant is a modern and sophisticated space integrated into the lobby of the hotel by means of an inverted pyramid structure. It is mainly characterised by its high ceiling, a skylight that floods the space with natural light and a lamp-pool with still waters which brings order to the setting.

The Bistro-style restaurant, directed by Martín Berasategui, serves fresh cuisine inspired by the gastronomy of the countries that are bathed by the Mediterranean with a nod to Basque cuisine.The best ingredients in equilibrium with creativity are the hallmarks of Oria’s culinary offer.

Hall0 Cocktail Bar

Cocktail bar integrated into the lobby of the hotel, boasting a highly cosmopolitan and contemporary atmosphere.

Hall0 is a space open to the city meant to be the  meeting point place for guests and locals.

Hall 0 is an ideal place to enjoy an aperitif, a  great Champagne, a cocktail and savor light snacks at any time of the day. It is a idilic place where to enjoy their new offer gastronomic, a daily menu informal proposal that complements the varied gastronomic offer of Monument Hotel.

Verbena Terrace

Verbena is one of our most pleasant spaces, Bar-terrace and Chill Out area on the roof of the hotel, on the 6th floor, where you can enjoy some suggestive views.

An intimate space while very modern, surrounded by greenery to enjoy outdoors a fresh and attractive cuisine designed by Martín Berasategui and the best cocktails. 

Martin Berasategui presents in Verbena, his most casual gastronomic proposal with dishes, designed to share and taste according to the time of day. The chef from San Sebastian has selected top quality products including delicious salads and sandwiches for the midday menu and gourmet delicacies such as oysters, caviar, ceviches, tartares, sandwiches or focaccias for the evening menu.

Local Area
