Local Area

We are in the neighborhood called Costalita, which is located approximately 10 minutes’ drive away from both Estepona and Marbella. Regarding it is a residential area, there is no restaurants in a walking distance, however, there is a great variety of restaurants in a short drive distance.

It is worth mentioning that we have literally next to the hotel the promenade that connects Marbella with Estepona with a permanent view to the Mediterranean Sea, perfect for renting one of our electric bicycles or walking and getting to know the area. Our beach just in front of the hotel is one of the quietest ones around, so it makes disconnection better and easier.

Taking into consideration our location in residential area, you can find at the entrance of the hotel a shop with beach clothing as well as the basic products you may require, so there is no need to go outside the hotel to buy it.
