Arcadia
Greek legend tells of the birth of Zeus* in Arcadia, an imaginary region reputed for its gentle way of life and harmony with nature.
ARCADIA is also the name of the new poolside restaurant at Le Byblos. Refined Mediterranean cuisine, from land and sea, with produce from our very own kitchen garden.
Local producers and the kitchen garden just a stone’s throw from the restaurant (with over 50 varieties of flowers, fruit and aromatic herbs) provide him with a rich canvas on which to express his art.
*the abduction of Europa by Zeus is depicted in the Byblos logo.
Cucina Byblos
Just a stone’s throw from the legendary Place des Lices, the restaurant Cucina Byblos, welcomes
guests warmly to a colourful and resolutely contemporary setting, in which a relaxed atmosphere reigns supreme.
You will discover a whole host of flavours and aromas that combine to recreate the original and authentic taste
of Italian cuisine, in a performance orchestrated by the Executive Chef at Le Byblos.
The “B”. at Byblos
Located at the heart of the hotel, next to the pool, le “B.” evolves in keeping with your whims… Breakfast in the shade of lemon trees, lunch by the pool, cocktails at sunset, dinner on the terrace, a hunger pang during the night… whatever time, day or night, le “B.” will grant your slightest whim.

Le Lavoir – Where time has stood still
Close to Place de la Garonne, Cécile André runs the rule over this former washhouse, now a living museum of lace
petticoats and headwear worn by the female villagers for the Bravades, an annual festival celebrating the history and traditions of Saint-Tropez. You can still sense the aura of Brigitte Bardot or Françoise Sagan, who would turn up
barefooted at any time of the day or night to bring in their dresses, skirts and blouses for a clean…
