Brasserie Lutetia
In Paris, the corner of Boulevard Raspail and Rue de Sèvres is more than the junction of two colourful avenues. For more than a century, this has been where the city has come together – Left Bank with Right Bank, Art Nouveau with Art Deco, and now, with traditional classics of a beloved neighbourhood menu alongside contemporary surprises. In other words, this is the vibrant corner known as the Brasserie Lutetia.
Le Saint-Germain
Located in the heart of the hotel, the setting is as imaginative as the menu. Diners are watched over by a colourful pantheon of heroes, afloat in Fabrice Hyber’s radiant glass ceiling. Beneath them, small clusters of sculpture and handmade furniture, and a towering library, turn Le Saint Germain into a salon, as varied and inviting as a friend’s living room. Most inspiring of all is the creativity pouring out of Brial’s kitchen, making this a space, meal and moment to remember.
L’Orangerie
Whoever put the “petit” in petit-déjeuner hasn’t lingered over breakfast at L’Orangerie. This tranquil hideaway is filled with natural light, splendid furnishings and the singular flavours of every region of France.
In these lovely, sunlit surroundings, each of the delicacies is from Executive Chef Benjamin Brial’s personal network of farmers, fishermen and cooks. This means our buffet changes often, since every ingredient is served at it’s peak of flavour.
Bar Joséphine
Stepping inside Bar Joséphine, you may find your head in the clouds. It’s easy to be swept up by the floor-to-ceiling Art Nouveau frescos.
Then, when you look around you once more, it’s at a room like no other in Paris. Bar Joséphine is an icon of Belle époque France, served in up-to-the-minute splendour. Towering, sculpted walls offer sweeping views, with light pouring in from two sides. An array of luxurious tables, chairs and leather couches beckon, the perfect setting to enjoy a quiet drink, or hold court with friends.
Bar Aristide
Tucked away from our lively Brasserie and Saint Germain, you’ll find an ornate marble stair. Follow it to the quiet confines of our newest bar. New, yet with the feel of a private club from another era, complete with fascinating books, luxurious furnishings and blessed seclusion.
For those who enjoy excellent tobacco, Bar Aristide is not one exclusive getaway, but three. A pair of bespoke smoking rooms provide the finest cigars in Paris, and two of the best places to enjoy them.
