Bank

Set in the former Midland Bank building, The Ned was designed by Sir Edwin ‘Ned’ Lutyens in 1924. The hotel hosts 252 bedrooms channeling 1920s and 1930s design, a range of men’s and women’s grooming services and ‘Ned’s Club’, a social and fitness club, where members have access to a rooftop pool, gym, spa, hammam and late night lounge bar in the bank’s original vault.

Nine restaurants sit in the space, from modern Italian dishes at Cecconi’s City of London; British brasserie Millie’s Lounge to Malibu Kitchen, which serves up lighter Californian food.

Within the spa offering you’ll find Cheeky, a fast, no-nonsense service for nails, good for those short on time or on a lunch break; Cowshed, a one-stop shop for head-to-toe maintenance; Miguel Perez, our hairdressing salon; Ned’s Barbershop, a classic, speakeasy-style barbershop for the modern gentleman, and make-up parlour Trish McEvoy Beauty at The Ned.

Expect the same favourites that are served at its sister restaurants in Mayfair, Berlin, Barcelona, Istanbul, Miami and West Hollywood. We welcome parties of up to ten, and serve a three-course set menu with dishes including crab ravioli, rib-eye with barolo sauce and rosemary, and tiramisu.

Millie’s Lounge
A British restaurant and bar, Millie’s Lounge serves classic dishes alongside a selection of English sparkling wines, craft ales and seasonal cocktails. From Monday to Saturday, you can enjoy afternoon tea, served on bespoke Burleigh china tea sets amidst the Grand Banking Hall. Enjoy cakes and scones with seasonal jam and clotted cream, and a selection of sandwiches. Served with a variety of teas for £28 per person, or £37 per person with a glass of Champagne.

Nickel Bar
The Nickel Bar serves a menu of time-honoured American staples and classic cocktails from morning until the early hours. The Nickel Stage, alongside, has a daily line-up of live performances – from jazz trios to New Music Mondays’ emerging acts.

Electric Bar & Diner
